City to Host Annual Pennsylvania Entertainment Festival

The City of Harrisburg will host the Annual Pennsylvania Entertainment Festival on June 15, 2026, at Riverfront Park. This event, now in its fifth year, celebrates local artists and performers, offering a platform for music, film, and art enthusiasts to come together and enjoy a variety of performances.

The festival will feature live music, independent film screenings, and art exhibits from over 50 Pennsylvania-based artists. It aims to promote local talent and provide a vibrant space for creativity while attracting visitors to the area, contributing to the local economy.

Organized by the Harrisburg Arts Council in collaboration with local businesses, the festival will include food vendors and craft booths, enhancing the experience for all attendees. Officials encourage community participation and emphasize the importance of supporting local artisans.

Previous festivals have drawn large crowds and highlighted Pennsylvania’s rich entertainment scene, showcasing genres from folk to jazz, and featuring work from emerging filmmakers. This year’s festival promises to be an exciting addition to the local cultural calendar.

Residents and visitors can attend the event for free. For those wishing to participate as vendors or performers, applications are currently open on the Harrisburg Arts Council’s website. The deadline to apply is April 1, 2026.
